	You'd really think you were in the Alps!

Anyone who has visited Wales has surely seen the poster reproduced here. It really is the most incredible view of Snowdon and usually leads people to think that they are looking at Mt Everest or some other Himalayan peak. The discovery that it is in fact our very own Mt Snowdown leaves you thrilled, intrigued and, above all, astounded at the skill of the photographer.

That photographer is Dave Newbould, founder of Origins, an accomplished climber with many Alpine seasons to his credit, and a photographer with an eye for the unusual and the beautiful.
