Cherie Bonson - Robomate

The year is sometime in the future, when robots have wonderful figures and stockbrokers deal in Martian shares - yet despite the artificiality of many things, human nature remains the same and when Nick Hawthorn sees the famous pop idol Cherie Bonson up for sale, he reaches for his wallet. He just knows that a life-time of the hottest of hot sex lies before him.

Alas, as the poet said, 'the best laid plans of mice and men gang aft agley' and though Nick probably wouldn't even know what the word 'agley' means, that's how his plans go with startling rapidity. With his life a mess and his robomate in pieces, it takes a woman's touch to sort Nick out, aided by a mysterious remote control.
