Rhyl's fun fair, an aging collection of rides and stalls, looks set to come to the end of its life a couple of years short of its centenary. It will be replaced by gleaming concrete tower blocks and the inevitable supermarket. I must admit that I'm not too keen on the idea - particularly given Denbighshire's talent for building expensive facilities which no tenant can possibly afford - but the young man from Modus Properties who features in this film is much more enthusiastic, so listen to him, view the plans and make up your own mind.
